الناس تستجيب لك وفقا لطريقتك في التعامل معهم. فإذا سعيت نحوهم على أساس العنف، فسوف يردون عليك بنفس الطريقة. ولكن إذا قلت لهم: “نحن نريد السلام، نريد الاستقرار” فسوف نستطيع بعد ذلك أن نفعل الكثير من الأشياء التي من شأنها أن تساهم في تقدم مجتمعنا. نيلسون مانديلا
