المساواة في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية

يعتقد كل شخص في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، بعدم وجود شريحة اجتماعية أعلى منه مقاماً لأن كل الناس متساويين، لكنه لاينفي وجود شريحة اجتماعية أدنى منه مقاماً. منذ جيفرسون وحتى الآن ينطبق مبدأ المساواة بين الناس فقط صعوداً وليس نزولاً. برتراند راسل
